I have put together a list of my holy grail products and have repurchased most of the items. I use these products on a daily basis and these are good for the no-makeup makeup look. They are affordable and most are drugstore products.

April Skin Magic Snow Cushion

This CC cushion is specially designed for users with oily skin. It has medium to high coverage, SPF 50+ and the size is 15g. It comes in three shades – 21 Light Beige, 22 Pink Beige and 23 Natural Beige. I am 23 Natural Beige. It does not look heavy on your skin and it gives you a natural finish.

It does not look heavy on your skin and it gives you a natural finish. Just by applying the second layer, you need not use a concealer. It is compact and is good for traveling. I bought mine from Qoo10 and I would say it is quite trustable. Will definitely repurchase it.

Etude House Face Blur Primer

This primer smoothes your skin and blurs out your pores. It has a pink base which helps brighten up your face. It has SPF 33 and has a size of 35g. According to their website, it costs S$27.90. (http://www.etudehouse.com/sg/en/?product=beauty-shot-face-blur-spa15pa-35g) It has a smell quite similar to Johnson’s baby body wash.

This primer was also recommended by the sales person if you compare this to their Fix & Fix Pore Primer. It really does its job of blurring out the pores and smoothening your skin. My first bottle lasted about 1 year and I am on my second bottle. When you don’t feel like wearing too much makeup or when you are going out to do errands, you can just pop this on and leave the house. It also has SPF! What a good deal.

Maybelline Pure Mineral Concealer

This concealer comes in two shades – Light and Beige. I am in the shade Beige. It gives a natural and healthy looking finish. It is easy to blend with makeup sponges, brushes, and even your fingers. When it dries, it has a powdery finish but set it with powder for a longer wear.

I’ll usually stock up on this concealer whenever I go to JB as it is cheaper there. Haha

Etude House Drawing Eye Brow

This eyebrow pencil is good and affordable. It is selling at around S$5.90 (http://www.etudehouse.com/sg/en/?product=drawing-eye-brow). It glides on your eyebrow easily and the pencil is slanted, making it easy to draw an arch.

However, as I have oily skin, I will try to avoid touching my eyebrow. It has a creamy texture which allows the product to be rubbed off easily. Otherwise, I feel that this a good dupe for many expensive eyebrow pencils.

K-Palette Real Lasting Eyebrow 24H

This eyebrow pen is like a tattoo pen that really lasts 24 hours. The product will not move unless you rub hard.  It is good for sports or any occasions where you’ll be outside for very long. Initially, it comes out dark but after awhile, it will become natural. The brush is like liquid eyeliner. You can draw any kind of eyebrow shape easily and it can help you draw the eyebrow tail nicely.

You can find this at Watsons at almost any outlet.

Tarte Tarteist Pro Glow To Go Highlight and Contour Palette

It consists of two highlighters and one contour shade and is retailing at S$35 (https://www.sephora.sg/products/tarte-tarteist-pro-glow-to-go-palette/v/default). The highlighters are really pretty and the contour has minimal shimmer in it. The contour colour is buildable so you can go for a natural look or a bold contour look.

This is good for traveling as it is compact and there are three shades in one palette. This is a smaller version of the Tarte Tarteist Pro Glow Highlight and Contour Palette (retailing at S$80) which has 6 shades in it.

I recommend everyone to try out these products. They are affordable and good!

Please give it a like and share it if you’ve enjoyed the post!
